About us at Limohirelondon.org Executive Services were laid in the mid 1990 ’s by two entrepreneurs brought together by a similar interest, they were both dissatisfied with the level of service that chauffeur companies were offering at the time and decided to create the ultimate luxury car hire company.
Their aim was to offer an unparalleled service in terms of refinement, assistance, reliability, discretion and above all safety. These five principles have been fundamental in the development of Limohirelondon.org and make it the elite organisation it is today.
The company owes a lot of its success to the incomparable team of chauffeurs whom are hand picked, highly qualified and perfectly trained. They are always at the disposal of their clients with all of the demands this implies, both in terms of assistance provided and their absolute discretion.

Our clientele include domestic and international governments, multinational corporations as well as celebrities from the film, television and music industry all of whom call on our services with the peace of mind knowing that their needs will always be met.
CONDITIONS OF HIRE
All hire charges start from and finish at the offices of limohirelondon.org executive services (herein referred to as 'the Company') in west London. The travel allowances from our offices to the collection point and vice versa are as follows: Central London 30 mins, Heathrow & City Airport 1 hour, Gatwick, Biggin Hill, Luton, Stanstead & Farnborough Airports 1hr 30 mins and Southampton Docks 2 hrs.
Excess will be charged at the time and mileage rate or the hourly rate, whichever is the greater.
All vehicles are equipped with cellular phones for client use. All calls are charged at £1.50 per minute excluding VAT at the current rate.
For your convenience a chauffeur's gratuity of 10% will be added to the final invoice.
Car parking will be charged at cost.
All hire charges are rounded up to the nearest 30 minutes.
Cancellations made within two hours of the collection time will be subject to the minimum charge. There is no charge for cancellations made outside of this time.
Rates are subject to alteration without prior notification. All account holders will be notified one month prior to any price increases.
If it is necessary for our chauffeurs to have overnight accommodation this will be charged at £80.00 excluding VAT at the current rate.
A surcharge of 50% will be added to the current tariff for services provided on bank and public holidays. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Eve are by prior negotiation.
n In the event where a passenger has an excess of baggage, ‘the Company’ reserve the right to refuse any luggage or property in the car which in our opinion would result in the vehicle being damaged or unsafe to drive on the road.
‘the Company’ accepts no responsibility for delays howsoever caused.
‘the Company’ accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried within or on our vehicles howsoever such loss or damage may be caused.
All hires must be fully paid in advance except where the hirer has a credit account wherein payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoice.
‘the Company’ expressly prohibit any person other than our chauffeurs to drive our vehicles except in the case where a hirer has taken out a self drive agreement.
All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
